UK Standard delivery (2–4 days)
- FREE for orders to UK over £100
- £3.95 for orders under £100
- Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank and public holidays)
Next day delivery (order by 12pm) – £6.95
- Orders placed by 12pm Monday–Thursday will be delivered the next working day
- Orders placed Friday, Saturday or by 12pm Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday
- Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day for delivery the next working day after that (for example, if you placed a next day delivery order after 12pm on a Monday, we’ll dispatch it the day after on the Tuesday for delivery on the Wednesday).
- Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday (excluding bank or public holidays)
- Not available for Northern Ireland
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return any item within our returns period as long as it is complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
You can return your item for free within 14 days of receipt of your order. We have moved to paperless returns as we strive to become a greener company. Simply click here to access DPD’s return form and you’ll be taken through how to complete your return using your order number.
Faulty Items
We are very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. Please inform us of any faults so we can ensure other items remain unaffected. If you discover a fault within 30 days of purchase, contact us at hello@visionlinens.com to arrange a return, exchange, or refund through our usual process.
If we are in a position to do so, we shall replace faulty or damaged products. The replacement goods shall be redelivered at our cost. In the event we are unable to replace the products, our total liability shall be limited to refunding you in full for the cost of the products (plus delivery).
Cancelling an Order
You may only cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This includes items ordered by you in error and items that are no longer required. To cancel you must email us as soon as possible before your order has been dispatched. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card used to place your order. Cancellation requests should reference your order number and be sent to hello@visionlinens.com.
